Payment is due within date of invoice as company reserves right to withdraw the invoice. Occupancy of apartment is for one resident only as non compliance would mean tenant would be asked to vacate premises and prorated rent would be refunded. Failure to pay Light, Water and Maintenance bills as at when due could result in disconnection of the services. There would be an upward review of the light bills being charged due to a change in tariff by PHCN authority to the apartment. This may be as high as 3 times the current charge but this would be communicated in due course.
